A Full Day (+8 hours) Outdoor Mobile Bar Starting at £320.00
The Nowbar arrives on location free of charge (if your event is within a 50 mile radius of York) and usually 2 hours prior to the start of the event
The vehicle is equipped with with a refrigerated double tap Lindr draught beer system, fridges, a freezer,ice, water, lighting, a bluetooth music system (optional) and glassware (optional)
A typical drinks package includes; Prosecco - Wine - Beer - Cider - Spirits + mixers - Cocktails Mocktails - Soft drinks

- the application of a TEN (Temporary Event Notice)
- Vehicle bar hire
- 2 members of staff.
- Setup and clean down and removal of rubbish after closing

The L-shaped bar, measuring 2.40m X 1.80m is assembled and dis-assembled on-site. It is equipped with the same infrastructure as the mobile bar.

*Cocktails/Mocktails are limited to a maximum of 4 p.p
A Hen Party - Outdoor Limitless Bar* with a Gazebo (max. 3 hours) £60.00 p.p

OTHER PRICES
As there are many scenario's, we'd rather discuss your preferences and expectations, then provide a price calculation.
Some of the more common scenario's are as follows.
An Open Bar (for your guests) where you as the event organiser, agree a standard amount per guest (e.g. £15 - £20 p.p) to be paid 14 days prior to the event.
After the event, we'll tally up and either you'll receive a final invoice or a refund.
A subsidised Bar, where you as the event organiser may wish to put an agreed amount 'behind the bar'. We'll keep a tally until the amount has been exhausted thereafter, a guest would be required to finance their own drinks
A Cash Bar where each guest pays for their own beverages. You as the event organisor only pay the NOWBAR and staff hire. You may wish to decide on whether branded or non branded products are utilised. This influences the final unit price
Custom Beverage & Service Package. You may wish to supply the beverages yourself. Alternatively you may wish us to source products on your behalf. This may include bespoke beverages such as beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, welcome drinks and even glassware. Once we agree on your expectations we would provide you with an estimate.

£0.50p Mileage Surcharge
For events outside our 50 mile free of charge area of operation (from York in North Yorkshire) a £0.50p per mile surcharge will be applied.
