The Bar has a capacity of 6 X 30 Litre Kegs. which can cater for wine, draught beer, cider, cask ale or 0.0% alcohol beer.
The products are served through a twin output 70K Lindr beer dispenser with an integrated cooling system.
PLEASE NOTE, if you wish to source the kegs, then remember, we'd prefer to utilise the Polykeg system.
Refridgeration And Freezer Units are available for white wine, prosecco, soft drinks and mixers.
We also offer a range of spirits and cocktails.
We provide coffee, tea and hot chocolate beverages
We can also cater for an alcohol-free offering e.g. a mocktail bar.
The mobile bar has 240V AC Electrical Circuitry and can be connected to an onsite mains power supply.
If there's no supply available then a mobile generator can be provided.
PAT Testing successfully completed in May 2025.

Daily NOWBAR Hire.
£180 for up to 4 hours
£360 for up to 8 hours
These amounts include a full setup and two members of staff
As there are many scenario's, we'd rather discuss your preferences and expectations, then provide a price calculation.
Some of the more common scenario's are as follows.
An Open Bar (for your guests) where you as the event organiser, agree a standard amount per guest (e.g. £20 p.p) prior to the event. After the event, we'll tally up and either you'll receive a final invoice or a refund.
A subsidised Bar, where you as the event organiser may wish to put an agreed amount 'behind the bar'. We'll keep a tally until the amount has been exhausted, thereafter a guest would be required to finance their own drinks
A Conventional Bar where each guest pays for their own beverages. You as the event organisor only pay the NOWBAR hire. You may wish to decide on whether branded or non branded productsnare on offer. This influences the final unit price
Custom Beverage & Service Package. You may wish to supply the beverages yourself. Alternatively you may wish us to source products on your behalf. This may include bespoke beverages such as beer, wine, spirits, cocktails, welcome drinks and even glassware. Once we agree on your expectations we would provide you with an estimate.

For events outside our 50 mile free of charge area of operation (from York in North Yorkshire) a £0.50p per mile surcharge will be applied.
